Founded in 2018 and based in the heart of West Sussex, Fusion Project Services has rapidly evolved. From its humble beginnings into a dynamic force in the electrical contracting and project management industry. With a firm commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, our team has recently achieved a significant milestone. As a result of passing rigorous office and onsite assessments for NAPIT, we have gained full domestic and commercial scopes. Furthermore, this accomplishment reflects our dedication to maintaining high standards and compliance within the sector. At Fusion Project Services, we take pride in our versatility, handling everything from small electrical installations to larger, more complex projects, and providing comprehensive management and installation services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Hi, I’m Iain

I have worked in the electrical installation industry for over 25 years. I was first introduced by my Dad, a fellow Electrician. Over the years I have worked on small domestic installations as well as much larger commercial projects including Gatwick and Heathrow airports, London Underground, Tottenham Hotspur football stadium and for a number of years, with a team of electricians under my leadership, on large substation upgrades for Network Rail.

For the last 5 years I have worked as a subcontract project manager gaining invaluable experiences within the new build and commercial sectors. During this time I managed teams of Electricians on small one off projects to large multi plot projects, this included the day to day activities along with pricing projects and managing the finances of these projects.

I gained a real passion for this and enjoyed the office part of the project as much as I did the manual side all those years ago when I started out. With the experience I gained I felt the time was right to establish my own business. My commitment to ensuring all customers receive a professional yet personal experience made this an easy decision to make.
